Refund policy

Our return policies are as follows:

Items can be returned in store or via mail within 14 days from the date the order was received, for store credit or exchange only. 

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition with all tags attached, unless there are discrepancies or communicated to us.

All mark down items are final sale and are not eligible for store credit or exchange.

To begin the return process, please e-mail us at shop.tessboston@gmail.com with your order number and customer information. 

A return label will be provided to you once the return is confirmed and granted. For exchanges, we will communicate efficiently to fulfill your exchange requests.
